Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Nashly Accessories piece. If something isn't right, here's how

returns work.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Because our items are handmade, minor variations in color, texture, or shape are natural and not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Customized or personalized items
• Sale or clearance items
• Items returned without original
  packaging 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of the item and
  packaging

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to the original
  payment method
• Please allow 5-10 business days after

  approval

Return Shipping

•  Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
